The Barn

We recently purchased this outbuilding from our neighbor along with some more land.  You can't imagine the amount of work that is needed to get this thing usable.  Apparently her ex-husband practically lived in there for a bit while they were having problems (weird).  The good news is that there is water and electric, unfortunately it is sourced from our neighbor--we'll have to work on that later.  For now the goal is to clean it up and move items from our attached garage to "the barn".  I'll share that renovation outlook with you soon.
The hubby moving the fence--reusing for now to save the budget for bigger things (we have kids and dogs to contain). Below...I remembered to snap a photo when I was almost done clearing the work benches..oops.

The second story hasn't been cleaned up yet....tons of gross junk, but also some hidden treasures. Check out the old TV, 1970's lamps and there is a nice drafting table buried in the back.
A desk...I am going to clean it up, add new hardware and use it in my office space.
Another groovy lamp and some kind of homemade table. Can't wait to go through the 8 track and record collections.  Those will definitely get sold online.
Now you get the idea of the renovation we have in store for ourselves.  The future plan is to make the upstairs into an apartment for guests and split the downstairs into a bar, gym and ??  What do you think we should do with the first floor?  We don't really need to park our cars in there.
